I cant resterize the layer, i have photoshop elements 4.0

Oh dear... 4.0? :\
Get the new PhotoShop!! Not necessary CS2 but at least 6.0

Rasterize is almost same as... create a new layer and merge it with your image.

Wow that is pretty poor, you know you can get Adobe Photoshop for around $100 if you are a student, or if you teach at a school.

Photoshop Elements 4.0 ?

This is the newest version of PHOTO Editing program..

You Need Photoshop CS Or CS2 ..

I.E : You cant create things in Elements..
