what is CG or CGing, mean, what does it stand for?

Computer graphics, computer generated, etc.
Just think of it as coloring using the computer.

hey, um, my friend does sketches on the computer , like she sketches them on the computer, do you know how i can do that easily?

and do you have nay other tutorials like this one?

Yeah check the rest of the adobe photoshop tutorials.
What your friend might do is scan it in, then trace over it on the comptuer to produce line art. Then color it.
