Search deviant art for start brushes, only a black background you can use the starry brushes and set the brushes to white

There are other ways to do it, but this way is simple, and can be effective.

same here. i cant get like the colors and shit!!!!!!!

Tutorial is accurate...i just try it AGAIN to see is it something wrong or if i maybe forget to add something, and there is nothing wrong...work fine......but it can be VERY frustrating (i remember when i first time try to make comet)...because of that i add layer window 'print screen' to help you and add some hint...
